Terfry, Madeline G. – Age 93, of Parrsboro passed away Saturday, December 28, 2019 at Bayview Memorial Health Centre, Advocate Harbour. Born in Wharton, she was a daughter of the late Harry and Gertrude (Yorke) Yorke. She is survived by a daughter, Martha Terfry (John Fulton), Parrsboro; grandchildren, Allyson Bowden-Welsh (Kris), Diligent River; Lesley Whitford (Jeremy Fulton), Parrsboro; great-granddaughters, Kennedy, Kaleigh, Abigail; step-great-grandson, Avery Fulton; sisters-in-law, Mary, Advocate Harbour; Carolea, Truro; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Wilbert; sisters, Doris, Marion and Helen; brothers, Basil, Hilton, Lorway and Clayton. A celebration of Madeline’s life service will held at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to the Bayview Memorial Heath Centre (Recreation Program).
